Hello fellow haunt enthusiasts! 2024 marks our 36^th and final year in the haunt industry, and in celebration, we’d like to invite you to take an immersive ride through the halls of the Realm. Become a part of our legacy before we put the final nail in the coffin.

To honor this epic occasion, we’ve decided to take on a collaborative project with all of you, who have been a part of our journey along the way. Reapers is opening an application process to anyone with the heart of a hauntrepreneur! Not only will you weave yourself into the legacy of the Realm, but you will be competing to win an all-inclusive vacation for 4!

Join our contest and you will go beyond envisioning the perfect room. Each applicant will design their room, create their characters, and execute the scene with actors you bring to life!

Voting opens to our patrons on opening night. You’ll be judged on items like originality, creativity, and the effectiveness of your actors. The contest is free to enter. Just fill out the application below and we will be in touch to discuss your vision.

Briefly Explain Your Design Idea

Include room name, preferred location, scenery, props, characters, makeup ideas, etc

Reapers Realm reserves the right to make all final decisions with collaborators

CANCELLATION CLAUSE

In the event that there are not enough entries for the competition, or the entries received fail to meet the standards of Reaper's Realm and Hluska, Inc. and are not selected to take part in the competition, Reaper's Realm reserves the right to cancel the competition. This includes the cancellation of the offered prizes and the removal of consideration for any concepts that were received or considered up until such time that cancellation occurs.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must:

be 21 years of age or older
provide proof of state identification
hold their own current health insurance
sign liability waiver
sign photo release
complete their room design in the allotted 2-week time span
agree to participate every operating night of the season

ROOM REQUIREMENTS

As an official collaborator with the Realm, you agree to follow our standard of ethics and refrain from:

*use of powered devices require approval from our Maintenance crew.

religious depictions
use of weapons
lewd verbiage and/or behavior *including but not limited to sexual, racist, or bigoted

OPERATING REQUIREMENTS

Each night, you must:

provide a minimum of one actor, and maximum of 3
be on-site at least an hour and a half before the show begins
be, promptly, in costume and makeup prior to the doors opening
if utilizing Reaper’s resources, have reserved time with the costume and makeup departments

there will be an all-inclusive trip to a tropical destination
